El Naturismo en Baleares

El Naturismo en Baleares, puede decirse que goza de muy buena salud a ello contribuyen, como no, el caluroso clima mediterráneo con sus altas temperaturas, incluso en los soleados días de invierno, y un extenso litoral con sus infinitos rincones, que hacen posible su práctica durante casi todo el año en espacios completamente naturales.
La presencia de turistas naturistas también ha contribuido en gran medida a una normalización de la presencia nudista en nuestro litoral, rompiendo el inicial rechazo y reticencia por parte de la población textil.

Playas y calas más adecuadas y representativas por islas:
MALLORCA

Sa Ràpita

Extensa playa de arena situada al sur de la isla entre la población de Sa Ràpita y Ses Covetes. Nudista en su parte central y del lado de Ses Covetes.

Es Trenc

De similares características y vecina del la anterior separada de esta por Ses Covetes. Nudista en su parte central a la que se puede acceder casi directamente por un desvío señalizado de la carretera Campos-Colonia de Sant Jordi.

Cala Moltó

Pequeñisima cala de arena, a pocos metros a la izquierda de Cala Agulla. Al noreste desde Capdepera o desde la zona turística de Cala Ratjada.

Cala Mesquida

Playa de arena con dunas situada al noreste. Pueblo más cercano Capdepera. Nudista preferentemente desde el centro.

Cala Torta

Cala de arena en el noreste, población más cercana Artà, desvío señalizado carretera Artà-Capdepera, últimos kilómetros en mal estado.

Sa Canova

Extensa playa de arena en el norte de la isla. Acceso desde Son Serra de Marina, desvío señalizado en carretera Artà-Can Picafort. Nudista casi en su totalidad exceptuando sus extremos.

Caló d´es Monjo

Muy pequeña, en el municipio de Calvia, declarada por este "nudista". Población turística más cercana Peguera al suroeste.

El Mago

De idénticas características a la anterior, también declarada por Calvia "nudista". Cerca de Portals Vells yendo desde la zona turística de Magalluf.


MENORCA

S'Aigo Dolça.

Al surdoeste, desviación de la carretera Ciutadella-Cap d´Artrutx. Se encuentra junto a Cala´n Bastó desde la zona turística de Cala Blanca.

Macarella y Macarelleta

Situadas al sur. Calas de arena, se puede acceder por un sendero desde Cala Galdana ó en vehículo desde Ciutadella en dirección sudeste.

Cala Trebalúger

En el sur, saliendo de Es Migjorn Gran en dirección sur-oeste pasando por Son Carabassa y otra vez en dirección sudoeste.

Cala Adeonato

En el sur, saliendo de Es Migjorn Gran en dirección sur antes de Sant Tomás.

Son Bou

Playa situada en el centro-sur de la isla entre Sant Tomás y Son Bou en el termino municipal de Alaior.

Sa Mesquida

En el este, cerca de Maó desvío a la izquierda en la carretera Maó Cala Llonga.

Cavalleria

En el centro-norte. Es Mercadal.


IBIZA

D'en Bossa

Cerca del aeropuerto, justo al sur de la ciudad de Ibiza.

Es Cavallet

Playa de arena en el sur, en desviación a la izquierda de la carretera PM-820 de San Francesc de S´Estany o de ses Salines a La Canal.

Cala Tarida

En el sur-oeste, junto a la población del mismo nombre, desde San Josep ó desde San Antoni de Portmany.

Cala Bassa

Sirven las mismas indicaciones que en la anterior, retrocediendo unos pocos kilómetros hacia el norte en desviación a la izquierda.

Cala Xarraca

También llamada Cala Galena, en el norte un poco al oeste de Portinatx.

S'Aigua Blanca

En el municipio de Sant Vicent de sa Cala, saliendo de Sant Joan Baptista.

Playa des Canar

En es Canar, en el municipio de Santa Eulàlia des Riu; situación noroeste.


FORMENTERA

Formentera es la isla naturista por excelencia, pudiéndose practicar el nudismo prácticamente en la totalidad de sus playas y calas. Eso sí, muy mezclado con textiles; como en el resto de playas de sus hermanas mayores; dependiendo de la temporada y del turismo presente en la misma.

3. Formentor (Pollensa) : Another lovely beach area near Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Fine sand beach. Formentor is located in a residential area and has Hotel, Bar and Restaurant facilities. 4. Pollensa beaches (Alcudia / Pollensa) : Some of the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island, or even the whole of the island actually. There are some really picturesque rocky coves (such as Mal Pas) and the beautiful fine sand beaches. Some of the most popular tourist resorts surround these beaches, such as the lovely family resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. There are many Hotel, Restaurant, Bat and Shopping facilities stretching the whole of these areas. Hablar de playas del sur de Mallorca es citar inexcusablemente a Es Trenc, el inmenso arenal rodeado de pinares y dunas completamente virgen. Es un buen ejemplo de una playa conservada intacta, preservada de cualquier tipo de urbanización, paraíso naturista y de amantes de lo auténtico. Y también una buena prueba de cómo, no siempre es compatible lo cómodo con lo natural, puesto que bañarse en Es Trenc implica aparcar lejos, caminar un buen rato y carecer del clásico y socorrido chiringuito playero. Pero no es posible lo uno con lo otro y Es Trenc es el resultado de la concienciación ciudadana contra el desarrollo abusivo e irrespetuoso del medio ambiente. Paradójicamente, esta joya que es Es Trenc parece que es directa consecuencia de un desastre natural, una ola gigante provocada por el terremoto de Lisboa de 1755, que rompió contra esta zona de la costa. Es Trenc significa La Rotura o Quebradura.
Es Trenc limita al sur con la Colonia de Sant Jordi, un antiguo poblado de pescadores asentado sobre un cabo y convertido hoy en centro turístico con puerto deportivo inclusive. Desde aquí parten a diario los barcos que llevan a los visitantes al cercano Parque Nacional marítimo terrestre de la isla de Cabrera. Pero el interés que en nosotros despierta la Colonia de Sant Jordi reside en delimitar con Ses Salines, el municipio al que pertenece, y el Cap de Salines un triángulo imaginario que es un perfecto compendio del Migjorn mallorquín.

El nombre de Ses Salines es el único posible para las que son las segundas salinas en funcionamiento más antiguas del mundo. Cuando llegaron los romanos ya eran explotadas por los cartagineses y desde entonces hasta nuestros días. Los primitivos habitantes de Mallorca tuvieron especial predilección por el sur, como prueba el amplio muestrario de construcciones megalíticas en la zona, como son los talaiots de Els Antigors, Talaia Joana o Es Mitjà Gran.
La presencia de las salinas es un elemento que agudiza la sensación de aridez del sur de Mallorca, impresión que cortan visualmente la vegetación de garriga o matorral y las manchas de pinos y sabinas, o, claro está, los humedales conocidos como s'Estany des Tamarells y s'Estany des Gambes, lagos de agua salada que son los responsables de la presencia de una avifauna que atrae a ornitólogos y curiosos. Sólo de cigüeñuelas se encuentra aquí la mayor colonia permanente de todas las Baleares. Pero también otras especies no menos importantes tienen en el salobrar su residencia habitual, como las avocetas o las lechuzas de campo. Junto a sus colonos habituales, los dos lagos salados son también el principal punto del archipiélago balear de paso de aves migratorias, desde flamencos hasta anátidas, pasando por abejarucos, gaviotas de Audouin o pardela balear. Lentiscos, jaras y los habituales juncos completan el paisaje vivo de las lagunas de Tamarells y Gambes, declaradas Área Natural de Especial Interés. Para bien o para mal, ambos humedales están en una propiedad privada, en la finca Sa Vall, por lo que es necesario tener permiso de la propiedad para visitarlos, si bien desde la linde de dicha finca ya son visibles. En esta misma finca se encuentra el magnífico jardín botánico de cactus, propiedad de la familia March. Igualmente se necesita permiso para su visita.

Volviendo a la costa, las calas Es Cargol y de Tugores aparecen entre una línea costera muy accidentada. Ambas cuentan con importantes pinares, arenas doradas y dunas móviles. Son las playas del Migjorn: tranquilas e inmaculadas.
Descendemos hacia el Sur y llegamos al Cap de Salines. Es el extremo meridional de Mallorca. En frente, Cabrera siempre presente. Es aquí, en este Cabo, donde se obtiene la mejor vista del Parque, y desde arriba, en el faro, la vista de la inmensidad del Mediterráneo.

Ocho establecimientos de Mallorca constituyen la Red de Hoteles Sostenibles

Ocho alojamientos de Mallorca se han agrupado en la Red de Hoteles Sostenibles, que cuenta con una subvención de 38.500 euros de la Consejería de Turismo, y que confía en ampliar el número de establecimientos adheridos al proyecto hasta 25 durante este año y elevarlo a un centenar en 2006.De momento, la Red de Hoteles Sostenibles aglutina a las empresas Hotel Pollentia Club, Resort España, Hotel Apartamentos Ivory, Hotel Sunwing Cala Bona, Hotel Bon Sol, Hotel Valparaíso Palace, S’Arenal Blau y Hotel Viva Bahía, indicó el consejero de Turismo, Joan Flaquer, en la presentación del proyecto a los medios.Flaquer precisó que su departamento tiene previsto aumentar la ayuda que destina a este proyecto hasta 51.000 euros para contribuir a la adhesión de 17 nuevos hoteles durante 2005, y anunció que el Instituto Balear de Turismo (IBATUR) empezará una acción específica de promoción de este tipo de alojamientos sostenibles.Los hoteles que integran la red han acreditado la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías medioambientales, entre las que figuran barómetros energéticos, indicadores de evaluación, placas solares y sistemas de tratamiento de aguas, residuos, aceites y grasas.Estos alojamientos han incorporado también sistemas de ecoetiquetas, disponen de procesos específicos para la eliminación de plásticos y envases y han instalado equipamientos sostenibles en cuanto a aire acondicionado y refrigeración.

La presidenta de la Red de Hoteles Sostenibles, Margalida Ramis, destacó que el proyecto se constituyó hace un mes con los ocho establecimientos fundadores, si bien anticipó que otros 19 hoteles han manifestado ya su voluntad de adherirse a esta iniciativa.Ramis destacó que muchos establecimientos hoteleros de las islas "están trabajando" en la implantación de sistemas de gestión medioambiental, aunque estimó que la repercusión de este esfuerzo en los precios se producirá "a más largo plazo".A tal respecto, el conseller de Turismo confió en que los establecimientos que se adhieran a la Red de Hoteles Sostenibles puedan compensar "el esfuerzo inversor" que han realizado, aunque recordó que la negociación de las tarifas turísticas con los mayoristas turísticos corresponde a los empresarios.
La Red de Hoteles Sostenibles se inscribe en el plan de desarrollo de la calidad turística en los destinos del Entorno Q que potencia su departamento, que ha favorecido la creación de 21 productos "estrella".

CONCIERTO EN EL CASTILLO DE BELLVER, PALMA DE MALLORCA: ORQUESTA SIMFÓNICA DE BALEARES (7 DE JULIO)

La Orquesta sinfónica de Balears, 'Ciutat de Palma', nació a través de la Fundación Pública de las Baleares para la Música. Esta orquesta ha ofrecido conciertos en todas las ciudades y pueblos de las Islas Baleares, así como en las principales ciudades del estado español.
